The bishop initially gave me poem by Gerard Manley Hopkins, as Kingfishers Catch Fire, a picture of a traditional crozier, a piece of jewellery with a textured finish that she liked and an image of a kingfisher in flight which she wanted me to develop to be more in the shape of a cross.
