London Glassblowing, founded by Peter Layton in 1976, is one of the UK’s leading glass art galleries. It is equally welcoming to collectors, enthusiasts and passers-by, drawn in by the glow of the furnace and a stunning display of treasures. As well as viewing pieces by Britain’s finest glass artists, visitors can watch the fascinating and magical art of glassblowing practised in the adjoining hot shop. The gallery and studio are located in Bermondsey Street, a fast-growing destination for art and some of London’s top restaurants.
