This year’s artist selection highlights fresh talent emerging from Ireland. All featured artists have either won a prestigious 2024 Future Makers Award from the Design & Crafts Council Ireland (DCCI) or participated in the DCCI-supported Homo Faber Fellowship. Founded in 1971, DCCI is Ireland’s national agency for craft and design, supporting designers and makers in growing sustainable businesses while promoting the societal value of craft. Funded by the Department of Trade, Enterprise and Employment through Enterprise Ireland, DCCI represents 64 member organisations and over 3,500 registered clients, making a significant impact on Ireland’s creative industries.
