A stained glass art I had the delight to design for a charming period home.
The art glass evokes a sense of welcome as well as celebration of colour, movement and light, which is one of the unique characteristics of stained glass.
Some of the fabrication processes used in this project were hand cut mouth blown glass, which was acid etched, silver stained, hand painted with vitreous enamels, kiln fired several times and finally leaded and weather proofed.
