Description
Are you interested in art and/or photography? Do you identify as working class or come from a working-class background? Would you be interested in participating in a project where people come together to enjoy good food and get creative? If yes, we’d love to hear from you and invite you to work with Two Temple Place on our next exhibition, exploring working-class lives and people within art.
We are looking to establish a group of 10-15 individuals who identify as working-class, of any age, gender, race or background, to have a meal with us every fortnight and take part in workshops exploring this subject. There will be opportunities to share personal reflections and produce creative content for display alongside the exhibition, which will run until April 2025.
No previous experience in art or photography needed. All participants will be compensated for their time with the following:
- A delicious and healthy dinner at every workshop
- A remuneration fee of £240 paid by bank transfer or vouchers
- Travel expenses paid
Please read our info sheet for a full list of all benefits and more information about the project here. This project is open, inclusive, and sensitive to your unique perspective.
If you are interested in applying but have any additional needs or barriers that could stop you from committing, please get in touch with us as we would love to discuss how we might be able to help with these.
If you have any questions at all or would like an informal chat to see if this is the right thing for you, please get in touch with Rafaela who will be more than happy to talk you through anything.
Please note: Because of the nature of the workshops, these will all be in-person with no option to dial in.
