Goldsmiths’ Fair was launched by The Goldsmiths’ Company in 1983, 40 years ago. Over the past four decades it has evolved into the UK’s leading selling event exclusively promoting independent fine jewellers and contemporary silversmiths. This annual showcase of the best of British craftsmanship and design in precious metals returns to Goldsmiths’ Hall this autumn, 26 September–8 October, for its 41st edition.
The Goldsmiths’ Company has been regulating and promoting the goldsmithing and silversmithing trades for almost seven centuries, through hallmarking, apprenticeships, mentoring and exhibitions.
